She is the Owner and Founder of Rockstar Partners Inc. and Rockstar Realty, where she focuses on connecting global investors with strategic opportunities in U.S. real estate and development projects.
As Senior Vice President at JLL, Chanda Chann oversees a significant commercial real estate portfolio, specializing in commercial leasing, asset positioning, and contract management. Her work is defined by meticulous oversight, strategic negotiation, and a commitment to maximizing long-term value for clients and stakeholders.
She currently serves as 2027 President-Elect of the Mid-Atlantic CCIM Chapter, where she contributes to the organization’s financial stewardship and strategic leadership. In this role, she collaborates with industry professionals to strengthen networks, promote education, and advance best practices across the commercial real estate community.
In addition to her commercial real estate leadership, Chanda Chann is the Principal Broker/Owner of Rockstar Realty serving the Hampton Roads region and all eastern Virginia. She brings a dynamic and client-focused approach to residential sales, helping buyers and sellers confidently navigate the market in Virginia Beach and surrounding areas.
